Designed a children’s furniture piece that aligns with the sustainability values of an eco-conscious brand, adhering to a 12” x 12” x 12” size constraint. The product was developed with realistic manufacturability in mind, informed by my visit to Formed Plastics, where I gained firsthand insights into plastic production processes. This project involved extensive research on plastic manufacturing, sustainable materials, and industry standards. I created multiple prototypes and presentation materials, including posters showcasing the product concept and key research findings.

Designed a plastic product that would realistically extend from a chosen company’s product line within the limits of being smaller than 12 x 12 x 12, highlighting an aspect of sustainability and being able to be manufactured at Formed Plastics (a plastic factory I visited and learned from), I designed a piece of children's furniture for the company ecobirdy. Through the project, I was able to do extensive research on plastic manufacturing processes, company concepts and sustainability goals that are realistic. I created a multiple prototypes, posters on the product I created and the condensed research I have collected.
